Greater London — particularly North East, South, and South East London. Kent and the Home Counties.
Equity commitment
£1m to £20m per transaction.
Capacity for larger transactions through debt structuring.
Strategy
Direct ownership for the long term. The firm holds, restores, develops, and operates — assets are not flipped or syndicated out.
Structures
Direct acquisition, freehold and long leasehold. Joint ventures and partnerships considered where strategically aligned. Land options and conditional contracts welcomed.
Origination
Private introductions, long-standing adviser relationships, off-market opportunities, and selective structured processes.
Decision-making
